This vegan Burrito Bowl is perfect if you want a healthy meal but don’t want to spend too much time in the kitchen. You can make it as fancy or as simple as you like and have a delicious meal either way.
To make a delicious vegan Burrito Bowl you’ll need a sauce. I decided to make my own sauce because it’s a lot healthier. But if don’t feel like cooking a store bought sauce would also a be good option.
Burrito Bowl Rice
For the rice I’ve used white rice but you can also use brown rice. The give the rice some extra flavour I’ve added some cilantro and lime juice.
Vegan Burrito Bowl Toppings
You can also add any toppings you like to the bowl. I do recommend adding beans for extra protein. I prefer black or kidney beans for a poke bow. And for the vegetables I’ve chosen some roasted paprika, corn, tomato and guacamole.
